The next meeting of the Land Environmental Working Group (LEWG) will be held on 21 June 2013 at the National Convention Centre, Canberra. This meeting will provide another opportunity for defence and industry representatives to discuss the latest updates with regard to DCP projects.

On the day before the LEWG meeting, the ADF Counter Improvised Explosive Device Task Force (ADF CIED TF) will provide a Classified (Secret) briefing for interested industry representatives on Joint Counter IED capabilities. This session will take place from 0900 – 1200 hrs at the R1 Theatrette, Russell Offices for selected security cleared persons only. The presentation will cover the IED threat and capability needs. Other Defence participants will include RPDE, the DMO Land Self Protection Systems SPO and DMO’s Australian Military Sales Office.
