In accordance with the DICA Constitution paragraphs 56 and 57, notice is given that the DICA National Council is convening a Special General Meeting at 4pm AEST on Wednesday 23 August 2023 to consider four motions as described in the Agendum Paper.
The Agendum Paper, Proxy Voting Form, Updated Constitution, Minutes of the 2022 AGM and current DICA Financial Statement are available in the DICA Website library under AGMs – Notices and Minutes.
All registered alumni with a current email address will receive the documents today, 1 August 2023. If you do not have access to the website and have not received the email, please email president@dica.org.au or secretary@dica.org,au to receive the documents.
The DICA National Council is proposing the voluntary deregistration of DICA and a way forward as an unincorporated body.
As per the DICA Constitution, and in accordance with a continuing National Council resolution in 2022, all IMC and DISC alumni are eligible to vote up until 31 August 2023.
